US Gold IS Seeking A TSX Listing!

I was very afraid that I would not be able to participate in the formation of one of the gold companies with the most potential: US Gold.

Today, I fired off an email to their Investor Relations and this is the answer I got to my question:

U.S. Gold will be applying to the Toronto Stock Exchange. We are waiting for our 2005 audited financials before we apply to the exchange. We hope to submit all the documentation in the next 3-4 weeks.

Sincerely,

Ian Ball

This makes me so happy!

I see so much potential in US Gold. I will be doing more research on them but I am quite sure that this will become my top gold stock.

If so, these will be my top 3 stocks for 2006 and beyond:

1. Silvercorp
2. Nova Uranium
3. US Gold

I dont really understand this--maybe someone has an idea--
the four companies that usgl is proposing to take over are trading at a discount to the conversion--also they have dropped today.
I wonder if insiders are exercsing and selling their options or what?
It seems likely that shareholders will go for the deal. Are US investors slow on the uptake cause these cos trade on the TSX, or am I missing something?

Are you considering taking position in these 4 companies?

Well I have in all four, but that is not a blog position, its mine--dont know for sure what mike is thinking.
I still dont understand why the aribtrageurs arent all over these, and why the number of asks outnumbers bids unless insiders are selling their shares, but why would they do that?
I am sure Mcewan really wants this deal to happen
